MAPLOG turns the location and time of your photos into a journey video on a map.

I picked photos but no places show up

Photos without location data can't be used. Check that location tags were on in your camera app. Photos received through messaging apps often have their location removed.

How do I change photo access?

Go to Settings › MAPLOG › Photos. Choose Full Access so MAPLOG can find all your trips.

Where do I get Timeline.json?

In Google Maps on your phone, go to Settings › Personal content (or Location & privacy) › Export Timeline data, then pick “Google Maps Timeline” in MAPLOG to import it.

Where are my videos saved?

In your photo library. You can also send them right away with Share on the final screen.

The map looks empty

Maps are downloaded over the internet. Check your connection and give it a moment.
